Mervyn

| Artistic Director of Imaginarts, Mervyn graduated with a degree in Psychology from an Australian University, and from there moved straight into clowning. He has a great love for work with children and young people in the arts, which is reflected in his work such as the award winning Kids Central series - The Big Q. He has worked as an actor and production manager with Act 3, Theatreworks, Dramaplus Arts and many others, and has been seen on numerous television programmes, hosting a number of shows for Kids Central among others.
As well as being an accomplished actor, clown, voice artist and presenter, he has wide experience in event management and production management for both corporate and theatre productions.

Television aside, Mervyn's involvement with family and community based projects include the ‘WASH YOUR HANDS’ campaign, ‘Step With It, Singapore’ and Brand’s Smiles campaign. Mervyn is also an Ambassador for Milk’s (Mainly I Love Kids) Annual Run which helps to raise funds for anti delinquency programmes. |
